- Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems
- Familiar with frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)
- Familiar with Linux

- Proficient in machine learning models such as neural networks, SVM, Naïve Bayes
- Proficient in unsupervised machine learning methods such as cluster analysis and anomaly detection
