This TalentCloud requires a great deal of experience in processing and analyzing signal data including audio signals, pictures, video signals, geophysical signals (seismic data), sonar and radar data, and medical signals (EEG, ECG, EMG). Experts in this TalentCloud should have a passion for analyzing data using a variety of supervised and unsupervised machine learning to discover new trends/ insights in data to inform the decision-making within organizations.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Python and Matlab
- 3+ years of experience in stochastic signal analysis
- 3+ years of experience in IoT
- Extensive experience with detection/estimation and optimization methods
- Extensive experience with probability models
- Extensive experience with discrete-time signals, periodic signals, and Fourier transform, FFT, PSD, wavelet, autocorrelation
- Extensive experience with scikit-learn, statsmodels, SciPy
- Expert in supervised (classification, regression) and unsupervised machine learning (anomaly detection, cluster analysis)
- Proficient in building/tuning/testing models using machine learning and deep learning algorithms including tree-based methods, Bayesian models, support vector machines, feed forward networks, recurrent neural networks, and convolutional neural networks
- Expert in feature engineering and dimensionality reduction methods
- Expert in pre-processing data including dealing with anomalies and outliers, dealing with missing values, flooring/capping, and data transformations
- Hands-on experience writing data processing and data pipeline for structured and unstructured data model development
- Expert in statistical models such as regression analysis, survival analysis, and time series analysis
- Proficient in SQL
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with version control, especially Git/GitHub
Preferred Skills
- Graduate degree in Physics or Engineering
- Experience with Apache Spark
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience with Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
