Experts in the RPA Consultant TalentCloud are expected to support the strategy, design, development, and deployment of robotic and cognitive automation solutions such as RPA, chatbots, and AI/ML activities. The consultants in this cloud should be able to manage project teams both onsite and remote to drive project deliverables. Other tasks, abilities, and responsibilities may include:
- Participate in the overall architecture, design, and technical oversight of complex business initiatives
- Provide advisory support on complex tasks and project supervision
- Interface with senior leadership, business operations, and project teams
- Experience in client-facing skills and develop solid partnerships with the team and client
- Support client engagement teams, work with a variety of clients to deliver professional services, and support business development activities
- Perform monitored runs in development, test, and production environments to ensure that bots execute properly in all environments
- Perform code reviews to ensure that bots comply with the standards and best practices developed
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering/business field; 2+ years related consulting work experience
- UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism Certified Professional
Required Skills
- Experience in end-to-end development of business processes using Blue Prism / UiPath / Automation Anywhere etc.
- Experience with staging and deploying the automation solution into the test and live environments and provide post-production support
- Implementing automation process solutions in accordance with standard automation tool design principles
- Requirement gathering & consulting for the RPA domain
- Capable to handle solely fully on business requirements and guide the business operations team on the executions
- Bridge a gap between business teams and clients
- Strong aptitude & desire for learning new technologies
- Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express oneself in a logical and concise manner
